Ed Keidan is a Partner in Fox Swibel Levin & Carroll LLP’s Chambers-ranked Construction Law Group. Ed's practice concentrates on public and private construction related litigation and transactions. Ed represents participants in the construction process, including general contractors, design-builders, trade contractors, design professionals, and owners. Ed has negotiated and drafted many construction contracts and subcontracts, and is a veteran of numerous trials, arbitrations and mediations. Ed has tried cases in state and federal courts around the country. Ed is a frequent speaker at construction industry seminars, most recently on the AIA family of construction documents, and public contracting issues.

Walter Adams is a native of Paris, Illinois.  He graduated from Indiana State University in 1982.  He graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 1985. He started working for Chicago Title in Illinois in 1986.  He has been an examiner, title officer, claims counsel and county office manager. He is currently Regional Counsel covering the States of Illinois, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota for Fidelity National Financial Family of Companies. Mr. Adams is a past president of the Illinois Land Title Association.

Christine Renner serves as the Vice President, Senior Construction Escrow Officer for Chicago Title’s growing national Construction Escrow department. Christine is a 32-year title insurance veteran who joined the Chicago NCS through Fidelity National Financial’s (FNF) acquisition of Lawyers Title (FNF is the parent company of Chicago Title). Christine manages large construction escrow projects for a wide variety of clients – from development companies to commercial lenders for the development of governmental, institutional, and retail use properties. Christine brings a wealth of prior title experience to her role, working on complex, multi-site deals in her former capacities as a National Underwriter, Escrow Officer and an Office Manager for Lawyers Title. She is the “go to” person on challenging construction escrow projects such as multi-site development and complicated, high liability national projects.
