CFMA Chicago hosts several Annual Events to honor, support and provide education to our members. These are our signature events that members look forward to each year.

"Build Chicago" Awards Event

The purpose of the "Build Chicago" Awards is to annually recognize a Construction Contractor, a General Member, and an Associate Member in the construction finance industry who exemplifies the highest level of leadership and support for CFMA, their community, and the industry. Mark your calendar for Thursday, November 13 and plan to join us at The Drake Oak Brook for this year's celebration.

Annual Golf Outing

The Chapter's Annual Golf Outing is a fun event that golfers of all levels can enjoy. Spend a day on the course with 144+ construction industry professionals, as a golfer, sponsor or volunteer. This event benefits the Chapter's Annual Internship and Education Program.

The 2025 Outing took place on Thursday, August 28 at Maple Meadows Golf Club in Wood Dale. Thanks to everyone who participated and made this our largest event yet! We look forward to seeing you in 2026!

Mini-Conference

The Chicago Chapter hosted our second annual Mini-Conference on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at Gibson's Oak Brook. This one-day event featured breakout sessions on trending topics that are timely and critical to our field.
