          Joe Bauters, CPA, Senior Tax Manager, Crowe


          Mr. Bauters is a tax senior manager in the construction group with over ten years’ experience working with clients in the construction, architectural, engineering, and private equity industries, providing a variety of tax services. His work experience primarily includes multi-state tax compliance, income tax planning, research, tax structuring, transaction analysis and succession planning. Joe also serves on the flow-through committee for the Illinois CPA society.  
          Joe’s clients include general contractors, architectural and engineering firms, roofing, and private equity groups. Joe has worked through tax due diligence and re-structuring projects for his clients.

          Ed Keidan is a Partner in Fox Swibel Levin & Carroll LLP’s Chambers-ranked Construction Law Group. Ed's practice concentrates on public and private construction litigation and transactions. Ed has represented all participants in the construction process, including general contractors, design-builders, and owners. Ed has negotiated and drafted hundreds of construction contracts and subcontracts, and is a veteran of numerous trials, arbitrations and mediations around the country. Ed is a frequent speaker at construction industry seminars, on topics that include on the AIA construction documents.


          Stephanie Dinkel, Labor & Employment Defense Attorney, Koehler & Dinkel, LLC

          Stephanie represents and counsels employers in various labor and employment law matters, from general human resource matters through trial. Stephanie successfully defends employers in discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour claims, non-compete cases, breach of contract, and unemployment matters. She has experience in representing employers in State and Federal court and before various administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Illinois Department of Human Rights, Illinois Department of Labor, and the Illinois Department of Employment Security.

          Stephanie earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from DePaul University College of Law where she was an Editorial Board Member for the DePaul Law Review. Stephanie is licensed to practice in Illinois and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (Trial Bar), Southern District of Indiana, Eastern District of Michigan, and Western District of Wisconsin.
