National Rebuilding Day inspires organizations and volunteers to grab their tools and get to work. Thousands of volunteers across the country gather together on this day and over the weekend to offer much-needed repairs for needy families in local localities. 

CFMA Chicago Chapter is proud to partner with Rebuilding Together Metro Chicago again this year to provide repairs and improvements at a home in the west suburb of Maywood.

The volunteer work will consist of painting and performing minor patching throughout the home, removing clutter, and completing planting and yard work outside. Additional tasks include repairing cracks in the front step cement, installing various handrails both inside the home and on the front steps, adding new outdoor address number signs, and performing window maintenance throughout the home.

*Please volunteer for as much time as your schedule allows. Arrive any time and leave any time! Lunch will be provided.
